How to place an Order:
There are several ways to place an order.

Pricing:
All of our products come from Europe and our prices are dependent on the strength of the dollar against the Euro. Prices will not change without adequate notice.
Payment:
We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express, which will be charged just prior to shipping your order.
Returns:
Returns can not be processed without a completed Return Authorization Form.
Defective Items: TSC will replace or repair any defective item with the same or similar item as long as it is within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Exchanges: Items returned for exchange must be in re-stockable condition with all bags & tags in tact and be returned within 20 days of purchase. Please include a copy of the original invoice and this completed return authorization form.
Refunds: Items returned for refund must be in re-stockable condition with all bags & tags in tact and be returned within 20 days of purchase. Please include a copy of the original invoice and this completed return authorization form.
TSC assumes no liability for lost or damaged returns. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
