There are several ways to place an order:

Pricing:
All of our products come from Europe and our prices are dependent on the strength of the dollar against the Euro. Prices are subject to change, but not without adequate notice. Please note that there is no sales tax!!! If you register as a Preferred Customer you will receive an extra 10% discount. More info...>>
Payment:
We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express, which will be charged just prior to shipping your order. Another payment option is to use paypal. Call or email for more details.
Returns:
Returns can not be processed without a completed Return Authorization Form (RAF). You do not need a Return Authorization number, but we do ask for a fully completed form. This saves us a lot of time when we process your return and we thank you for it. Typically a RAF will be included in your package. If it is not you can download a form: Return Authorizaton Form (pdf format).
Defective Items: TSC will replace or repair any defective item with the same or similar item as long as it is within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Exchanges: Items returned for exchange must be in re-stockable condition with all bags & tags in tact and be returned within 20 days of purchase. Please include a copy of the original invoice and a completed Return Authorizaton Form. All exchanges will be shipped back to you free of charge.
Refunds: Items returned for refund must be in re-stockable condition with all bags & tags in tact and be returned within 20 days of purchase. Please include a copy of the original invoice and a completed Return Authorizaton Form. Refunds are typically issued in the form of a check.
TSC assumes no liability for lost or damaged returns. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on all returns for credit.
