Shipping Within the US
In-stock items usually ship within 24 hours of placing the order. We only ship M-F. We can not ship to P.O. Boxes. All US orders are shipped via UPS.
How are Standard Delivery shipping charges determined?
All orders over $150 (not including shipping) will receive a 10% discount at the time of checkout. Shipping costs for orders will be calculated at check out according to the weight of the items and shipping address. You have options to ship UPS ground, 3-day, 2-day or next day. If an item is not in stock you will be notified with estimated arrival time so that you can keep it on backorder or cancel.
Additional delivery charges may apply to items that are large/bulky or especially heavy. You will be contacted if this applies to your order.
International Shipping Rates and Polices
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. You are responsible for all extra delivery charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, and any other charges or fees that may be imposed by your specific country. Please contact your customs office for more information.
Any refusal to pay the duties, taxes or applicable fees will result in the return of your order back to Team Sales Cycling. Upon receipt of your refused order, Team Sales Cycling will refund you the order amount total minus a 15% restocking fee as well as any shipping fees and taxes we incurred as a result of the returned packages. By placing your order, you are acknowledging that you understand and accept these terms that you are liable for these charges and are willing to pay them.
Large orders, heavy, and oversized items may require additional shipping charges. If additional shipping charges apply to your order, you will be contacted by a sales representative for verification and approval before your order is shipped.
All international orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International or Express Mail International. Packages shipped via Priority Mail are insured for up to $66, delivery is 6-10 days, and we are only given a Customs Declaration Form Number for any tracking purposes. Lost shipments are the customer's responsibility. (If you would prefer to have insurance please select Express Mail at the checkout). Express Mail delivery is 3-5 days, packages can be insured for any amount, and we receive both a tracking number and Customs Declaration Form Number. USPS does not allow inquiries into lost packages until after 30 days have passed since the shipment date. If you want a faster delivery please contact us at 503-620-8410.
