If you are looking to produce a small quantity of jerseys and shorts for your team/club or event, Santini's selection of semi-custom designs and colors may be the best option for you. Please note that the colors of the templates can be changed to fit your needs, but the design template can not. So for example, if you like the look of Template 1 / Design 530, but don't like the yellow/orange color combination you could change it to a color combination of your choice. Because there are no art charges, Santini Semi-Custom clothing is an economical way to produce small quantities of jerseys and shorts. Minimum order is 15 pieces per item. Delivery is 6-12 weeks once the design has been approved. Orders placed between September and December 15th will typically be delivered in 6-8 weeks, while orders placed between December 16 and July 30th will be delivered in 10-12 weeks. Orders placed in August will be delayed an additional month.

Design costs
Design fees are based on a rate of $60 / hour. New accounts will be charged a design fee deposit of $180. This amount will be applied to your order. If your design fees exceed 5% of your total order you will be charged the difference. There will be an additional art charge (based on an hourly rate) if we need to re-create your logos.

Minimums
For Semi-custom clothing there is a minimum order of 15 pieces for each item. All orders must be at least two of each size. You can not combine items to reach minimums. For example; if you want to order full zip jerseys and standard zip jerseys; you must order 30 of each.

Re-Orders
All re-orders must meet the following minimums; Semi-custom re-order minimums are 10 pieces of each item. If minimums are not met there will be an additional 20% fee. Re-orders must be the same design and will receive a 5% discount. Any changes to your existing design is considered a new design and becomes a new order.

To Place an Order

1.	Contact Team Sales Cycling for current prices and minimum quantities. Select a design/color from a selection of 28 designs (See below.)
2.	Email your design and logos to design@tscyclingusa.com . New accounts will need to pay a design fee deposit of $180. Logos should be provided in a vector format. (Adobe Illustrator, EPS or PDF files file formats are preferred). Other formats will delay proofs and may require the recreation of your logos. There will be an additional art charge (based on an hourly rate) if we need to re-create your logos. Include the Santini items you are interested in (bib shorts, vests, jersey, jacket, etc.).
3.	Order sample clothing for sizing at sales@tscyclingusa.com . Before we ship samples to you we need a valid Visa or Mastercard number. You will be charged for the UPS shipping of the samples to you. These samples need to be returned (in the same condition as you received them) within 14 days of their receipt. Failing to do so will result in charges to your account for the amount covering the cost of the samples.
4.	Receive proofs from our design department. Approve design. Make sure any edits that were done to your logos are to your satisfaction. You will be charged a design fee if you fail to place an order.
5.	Submit order to sales@tscyclingusa.com. Pay 50% deposit.

CLOTHING SIZING & SAMPLES
Before we ship samples to you we need a valid Visa or Mastercard number. You will be charged for the UPS shipping of the samples to you. These samples need to be returned (in the same condition as you received them) within 14 days of their receipt. Failing to do so will result in charges to your account for the amount covering the cost of the samples.

Santini clothing is European cut which means that it is cut small. You will need to order one size larger in jerseys and jackets compared to USA cut cycling clothing. With shorts, bib shorts, bib tights, etc. the cut is standard sizing.

Cycling clothes are designed to fit correctly when you are in a "tuck" position (i.e. bent forward at the hips). That said, bib shorts' braces should feel snug across the shoulders when standing upright, yet comfortable in a tuck position. Also note that most windproof jackets are cut larger than long sleeve jerseys, but are designed to be worn with just one base layer underneath.

Use the following Sizing chart as a rough guideline only. We strongly recommend ordering a sizing run from us. We stock a complete line of Santini clothing if you wish to try items for size, cut, fabric, and chamois type. Samples can be either loaned to you or purchased. Loaned samples must be returned in the same condition as you received them.
