CENTO SEMI-CUSTOM CLOTHING PROGRAM
Design:
There are no additional artwork or setup fees unless you require more than 3 hours of design work. Our Art Department can give you an estimate on this work before they begin. Our design fee is $60/hr.
If you have your own designer: Fill out the “Design Questionnaire” and follow the instructions outlined in our Design Guidelines document.
If you want us to help you with the Design: Fill out our design questionnaire. This really helps the whole process be more efficient and will allow you to work directly with our design team. The questionnaire will ask for contact info, names of sponsors/logos, logo placement, colors preferences (see color chart), design elements etc.
We work in Macintosh format and will create your art in Illustrator. Please provide all of your sponsor and team logos in an Illustrator vector format (Illustrator or FreeHand files saved as AI. PDF or Illustrator EPS files will work) All fonts used should be converted to outlines/paths.
Logos that are in other formats may need to be recreated. There may be an art charge (based on an hourly rate of $60) if we need to re-creat your logos. Our Art-Department can give you an estimate on this work before they begin.
There are a number of Semi-Custom templates to choose from. Although the actual design can not be changed, the colors can be. If for example you like semi-custom design #1, but don't want those particular colors, you can change them to any color combination. See our Color chart for available colors.
Email your design questionnaires and any design questions, along with your logos to design@tscyclingusa.com How to put your Order Together:
1. Fill out the form to Request sizing samples. This can be emailed to Sales@tscyclingusa.com or faxed to 503-443-1094. You will be charged for the UPS shipping of the samples to you, and first time clients will be charged a 50% deposit which will be refunded once the clothing is returned. These samples need to be returned (in the same condition as you received them) within 21 days of their receipt. Failing to do so will result in charges to your account for the amount covering the cost of the samples.
2. Ride Test: If you would like to purchase any of out Cento Clothing to ride test we can offer you a 20% off our lowest price. Email sales@tscyclingusa.com for more information and current inventory.
3. Once you have determined your sizes fill out an order form. You can submit one master order form, or have each club/team member submit their own order forms and we will combine them for you. This can be emailed to Sales@tscyclingusa.com or faxed to 503-443-1094.
Final Steps:
1. Approve final art work. If you decide to cancel your order, you will be charged a design fee based on an hourly rate of $60 / hour.
2. Confirm final order. Pay a 50% deposit and receive estimated ship date. If you prefer we can charge each team/club member individually. Orders placed between Dec and April will be shipped in 60 days, orders placed between May and Nov will be shipped in 50 days. If you need your clothing quicker please call to check on our current schedule.
3. Payment and delivery. Once we receive your custom clothing order from GSG we do an in-house inventory to ensure correctness of your order. Your final payment is due upon shipping goods to you from our Portland , Oregon warehouse. We can either ship the entire shipment to one address, or we can ship each individual team/club member's order directly to them. They would be responsible for the shipping charges.
Minimums:
There is a minimum order of 5 pieces per article of clothing (excluding accessories) providing your final order comes to at least $2000.
Re-Orders:
There is a minimum order of 5 pieces per article of clothing (excluding accessories) providing your final order comes to at least $500. Pricing will be based on the original order pricing. Re-orders must be the same design. Any changes to your existing design is considered a new design and becomes a new order.
Warranty Policy:
Cento Custome Cycling Clothes by GSG is warranteed for 60 days from the date of purchase against manufacturer's defects in materials and workmanship. If an item is defective in anyway the problem typically becomes apparent right away. This warranty does not apply to products that have been improperly used, altered, crashed or not maintained as suggested. Defective items under warranty will be either repaired or replaced. All returns should be clean and accompanied by a Return Authorization Form.
