Etxe Ondo [Esht-chay on'-doh] means "next to the house" as the company was started by Paco and Marie Jesus in a building next to their home in the Basque country of Spain. Now Etxe Ondo main office is located near San Sebastian, yet it still uses the original building in the manufacturing process. Except for some accessories which are made in Italy and elsewhere in Spain, all of Etxe Ondo's clothing is made in two company owned factories. This adds to their overall quality.
