The Fabric: These Shorts are made from a special two-way stretching fabric called XG22 that consists of 78% polyamide and 22% lycra.

The Chamois: The Twist Gel Fluid chamois is unique in terms of the materials it is made of and the way it is constructed. At the core of the chamois is an inner layer of medical Gel that offers extreme elasticity, softness and low thermal conductibility. These properties not only help prevent over heating, but also help stimulate blood circulation, evenly distribute weight as well as acting as a shock absorber. This allows the rider to be more comfortable by reducing the stress on the body.

The Construction: A new and unique method of integrating the Chamois into the shorts is used called thermo-adhesion (not ultrasonic) using a special adhesive in a pressure-fusion step. The end result is a chamois without any stitching where the chamois actually touches the skin.

The Result: All materials and adhesives are skin sensitive and able to perform and withstand the stresses of riding and laundering. Upon extensive research and testing the chamois can withstand the stresses of riding and washing.

The final result is a high performance chamois inserted in high performance Shorts.
