Short Sleeve Jerseys
Rete is a mesh like fabric that is ideal for hot weather.
Play is a summer weight Polyester/Polyamide micro cell fabric that is soft, and has become the choice of Santini's sponsored professional teams.

Long Sleeve Jerseys
Play is a summer weight Polyester/Polyamide micro cell fabric that is soft, and has become the choice of Santini's sponsored professional teams.
Super Play is the Play fabric with a soft fleece lining for cool weather.

Shorts and Bib Shorts
Newport is Santini's Professional Team blend of 22% Dupont Lycra and 78% Polyamide.
Power Lycra is 25% Dupont Lycra and 75% Polyamide, and is a heavier and more supportive fabric than Newport.

Bib Tights and Bib Knickers
For Bib Knickers choose between the Newport fabric or Santini's Thermofleece or Thermolite fabrics. Both the Thermofleece and Thermolite fabrics are soft, fleece lined and highly elastic, with the Thermolite fabric being somewhat softer, warmer, and more elastic than the Thermofleece.

For Bib Tights you can select Newport, Thermolite, Thermofleece or Santini's Breezewall Extreme fabric. Breezewall is the name of Santini's own proprietary and exclusive windproof fabric. Breezewall Extreme is brand new this fall and is extremely soft, warm and elastic and also water resistant. It compares to Gore's new Softshell Comfort Windstopper fabric but it is less expensive. This is the first year we have been able to offer a winter tight that is 100% windproof and yet contours the body without restricting motion. If you ride in cold weather this is the warmest and most comfortable bib tight on the market today.

Jackets and Vests
For a relatively inexpensive lightweight and windproof vest and/or jacket, Santini offers either Gamex or a less expensive polyester windproof fabric. For those wanting the utmost in windproof fabrics Santini offers four different Breezewall fabrics. For vests Santini uses a super thin, smooth and lightweight Breezewall fabric and for jackets there is Breezewall light without a fleece lining, a standard Breezewall that has a fleece lining and Breezewall Extreme.

Arm, Knee and Leg Warmers
Arm, Knee or Leg warmers can either be solid colors or sublimated using either Thermofleece or a Lycra blend fabric. The Lycra blend fabric is recommended for sublimation, as Thermofleece tends to loose its shape and elasticity more quickly after washing.

CHAMOIS

Santini offers quite a selection of different chamois: Coolmax Comfort Chamois, Top Chamois, Internal Twist Gel Chamois and the Fluid Chamois.

The Coolmax Comfort and Top Chamois are older, more traditional and are best suited for shorter and recreational rides under 2 hours.

For serious cyclists and racers we recommend Santini's Twist Gel Chamois, or the Fluid Chamois. For women Santini offers a new and smaller version of the Men's Twist Gel Chamois for maximum comfort in the saddle. These chamois are not only 100% elastic, incredibly well padded, breathable, and comfortable, but they also wash and wear well. The key is the layer of gel inserted between two layers of foam. This gel absorbs road shock and helps to maintain even weight distribution on the saddle as well as temperature distribution. Machine wash in warm water using mild detergent and air dry or machine dry at low temperatures.

Santini's Fluid Twist Gel Chamois is thermobonded to the fabric and not stitched. It is incredibly comfortable and stays that way wash after wash. It is slightly less padded than Santini's traditional Twist Gel Chamois, and requires a special cut to insert it into the bibs. What this means is that you must order the Fluid chamois exclusively for all your shorts/bibs, whereas you can combine Coolmax Comfort, Top, and Twist Gel Chamois.
