Thank you for choosing Team Sales Cycling for your cycling apparel needs! We have designed this Preferred Customer Club with you in mind to give you extra savings when shopping with us.


We offer 3 different memberships for our customers; wholesale, retail and Preferred.
  Wholesale membership is for those who own a cycling retail business. Please contact us for more information.
  Retail membership is open to the general public. Registration is easy and once registered you have a login and password. This speeds up placing orders. Additionally, you will receive periodic emails about new products and sale information.
  Preferred membership is a fee based membership that is open to everyone. As a fully paid up member you enjoy a 10% discount on your order (this includes all items on sale too), as well as exclusive offers and sale information. A Preferred Customer membership is recommended to anyone who is anticipating making more than one order per year and wants access to the lowest possible prices.

How the Preferred Customer club works:

  1. Just fill out the short application form and send it to us via email or fax. Your information will not be distributed to any third party. OR simply register as a customer and select "Preferred Customer" as your membership option.
  2. Pay an annual fee of $30. You can do this online..>>
  3. Once approved you will receive an email notification.
  4. Shop online, place items in the shopping cart and upon check-out the discount will be applied.

Privileges/Benefits of the Preferred Customer Club:

  1. Receive periodic newsletters and special product announcements. We promise to send you information and offers no more frequently than once a month.
  2. 10% discount on all items (including items on sale).
  3. Receive electronic discount coupons
  4. Receive exclusive offers and sale information.

Conditions of the Preferred Customer Club:

  1. There is an annual non-refundable Membership fee of $30. This runs from Jan 1 to Dec 31.
  2. Memberships are for individuals and couples only, and not for organizations or businesses.
  3. Team Sales Cycling reserves the right to change policies and benefits and cancel memberships at any time. Please do not order for friends.
  4. No purchase is required for membership; however benefits are based on customer purchases.
  5. Customers may cancel membership at any time by email or other written notice. There is no penalty for termination.
  6. Team Sales Cycling will not disclose any information about members to any third party other than if legally required.
  7. Return Policy: Returns can not be processed without a completed Return Authorization Form.
    Defective Items: TSC will replace or repair any defective item with the same or similar item as long as it is within 30 days of the original purchase date.
    Exchanges: Items returned for exchange must be in re-stockable condition with all bags & tags in tact and be returned within 20 days of purchase. Please include a copy of the original invoice and a completed return authorization form. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
    Refunds: Items returned for refund must be in re-stockable condition with all bags & tags in tact and be returned within 20 days of purchase. Please include a copy of the original invoice and a completed return authorization form.

    TSC assumes no liability for lost or damaged returns. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
