Preferred membership is a fee based membership that is open to everyone. As a fully paid up member you enjoy prices up to 50% cheaper than what is listed (SRP) on the website, as well as exclusive offers and sale information. A Preferred Customer membership is recommended to anyone who is anticipating making more than one order per year and wants access to the lowest possible prices. |
How it works: |
- Just fill out the short application form and send it to us via email or fax. Your information will not be distributed to any third party.
- Pay an annual fee of $50.
- Once approved you will receive an email notification of your user name and password.
- Shop online, place items in the shopping cart and upon check-out you will see the Preferred Customer members pricing.

- Receive periodic newsletters and special product announcements. We promise to send you information and offers no more frequently than once a month.
- Preferred Customer Club pricing that is up to 50% cheaper than listed Suggested Retail Prices.
- Receive electronic discount coupons
- Receive exclusive offers and sale information.

Conditions of the Preferred Customer Club: |
- There is an annual non-refundable Membership fee of $50. This runs from Jan 1 to Dec 31.
- Memberships are for individuals and couples only, and not for organizations or businesses.
- There is not a 10% discount for orders over $150 as advertized on our home page. This is for the retail membership.
- Team Sales Cycling reserves the right to change policies and benefits and cancel memberships at any time. Please do not order for friends.
- No purchase is required for membership; however benefits are based on customer purchases.
- Customers may cancel membership at any time by email or other written notice. There is no penalty for termination.
- Team Sales Cycling will not disclose any information about members to any third party other than if legally required.
- Return Policy: Returns can not be processed without a completed Return Authorization Form.
Defective Items: TSC will replace or repair any defective item with the same or similar item as long as it is within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Exchanges: Items returned for exchange must be in re-stockable condition with all bags & tags in tact and be returned within 20 days of purchase. Please include a copy of the original invoice and a completed return authorization form. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
Refunds: Items returned for refund must be in re-stockable condition with all bags & tags in tact and be returned within 20 days of purchase. Please include a copy of the original invoice and a completed return authorization form.
TSC assumes no liability for lost or damaged returns. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
