Our goal at TSC is to provide cycling clubs, teams and events with not only the finest quality and most comfortable cycling apparel you have ever worn; but also a hassle-free experience. We are business people, but we are also cyclists. We know how important it is to have your order 100% correct and on time. This is why we developed the Cento (by GSG) Custom Clothing program.
History: EXPERIENCE LIKE NO OTHER
The owner of TSC has always been at the forefront when it comes to cycling apparel. In fact, he introduced the very first Lycra Blend and sublimated polyester cycling apparel to the USA back in the day when wool was the norm. He introduced Assos and Etxe Ondo to the US, making his combined experience with these two companies was well over 20 years. More recently he has worked with Santini, De Marchi, MS Tina and Teo Sport to name a few others.
His experience with, and knowledge of, cycling clothing along with his passion for cycling is second to none. You will also find that TSC's staff is also very passionate about the sport and dedicated to providing our customers with great products and great service. TSC's graphic artist, Becky, is not only a competitive cyclist herself, but was a graphic design manager at Nike for 12 years.
TSC has been supplying clubs and teams with custom and semi-custom cycling clothing on and off for some 25 years plus from Assos , Etxe Ondo, Santini and Teo Sport.
This year TSC has decided to work with Giessegi (GSG), Teo Sport and Outwet. This gives our custom and semi-custom programs much more freedom and flexibility to offer customers quality cycling wear, a range of products/accessories, lower minimums, competitive pricing and a faster delivery time.
GIESSEGI
After racing professionally for 10 years Simone Fraccaro founded GSG in 1984 in the northeastern region of Italy close to some amazing riding in the Dolomites. His son, Ronny, was a promising amateur racer but turned down a professional career to pursue his education. GSG, typical of many Italian companies, is truly a family affair. Simone's wife, daughter, daughter-in-law and Ronny all work at GSG.
Since joining GSG in 2005, Ronny has brought to the company a new level of commitment to excellence. The company has heavily invested in new state of the art digital printing, sublimation, and cutting machines. The digital printing machines allow us to have almost an unlimited number of colors on the jerseys. TSC feels confident that GSG can provide the same quality clothing many top processional teams use while providing its clients quality and comfort second to none. And equally as important, we can deliver orders correctly and on time.
GSG's goal is to produce bike wear that is high quality, innovative and technical. Over the years it has made GSG a real "made in Italy " brand with production all in-house by its own staff (with the exception of certain accessories). GSG owns its own chamois company (6km from GSG), has its own graphic design and production department along with digital printing and sublimation equipment and cutting machines all under one roof. It's a conscious business decision that GSG is proud of; to stay in Italy and not go overseas for production. This ensures good and consistent quality with on-time delivery. It also allows for the much needed flexibility to meet customer's special needs.
We at TSC have a very similar philosophy and goal. It was a natural step for us to start working with GSG and develop the Cento Custom Clothing program. Combining its experience along with our 30 years plus of riding/racing, and being in the cycling wear business you can rest assured that you are in good hands.
For small quantities GSG uses digital printing technology, and for larger quantities, sublimation is used. The state-of-the-art digital printers GSG can produce as few as 5 pieces per item. GSG keeps in stock all of its fabrics, and much of it is already pre-cut to provide quick and efficient service. GSG purchase its fabrics from several of the finest Swiss and Italian Textile factories in the World, and the quality of such fabrics are second to none.
TEO SPORT
Teo Sport is a small Italian Chamois and cycling accessory manufacturer located 15km from GSG. They are not that well known by the cycling public, yet they produce chamois and cycling accessories for many of the biggest names in cycling rather than produce under its own name. Top name brands trust and rely on Teo Sports products year after year.
Like GSG, Teo Sport also produces all the chamois and accessories under one roof in Italy and have done so for some 30 years. TSC has had the pleasure of knowing and working with Teo Sport directly for 20 years. Using Teo Sport for custom accessories (gloves and booties) saves not only time but money, while ensuring top quality products.

OUTWET
Outwet is another small Italian company located just outside Florence . Three years ago they started to produce the World's finest and most revolutionary Dry Yarn/Polyamide one-size-fits-all base layers. These base layers are so elastic that one size does truly fit all. BORN
Born is a Dutch company that makes Body Care Products that were originally designed by a cyclist specifically for cyclists. TSC started to import Born products in 2000 and they quickly became the number one seller. In 2005 we had to put importing these products on hold while some labeling issues were sorted out with the FDA. During this time the owner suffered a very unexpected and fatal heart attack so labeling changes were put on hold even longer. Now we are excited that the necessary changes have been made and Born is now available once again: “Born Again in the USA ”.
